We are celebrating after being named as one of nine developments globally to be recognised for our environmentally friendly and sustainable construction. We have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM residential award 2017 for being the greenest residential scheme in the world. First Build to Rent scheme reserved

The popularity of renting in Manchester city centre is showing no signs of slowing down, after two of three Tribe apartment blocks, the first Build to Rent scheme in the UK, were reserved within a month of launching. Manchester music legend launches Tribe

Radio presenter and Inspiral Carpets member, Clint Boon, launched Tribe this weekend with a fanfare.
